12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers resident elsewhere retain any mandatory rights and forums available under their local law. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
