What is Power of Attorney (POA)?

A Power of Attorney (POA) in Dubai real estate is a notarized legal document authorizing another person to act on the owner's behalf — buying, selling, leasing or managing property. Foreign investors frequently use POAs to complete transactions without traveling to the UAE.
